Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges 

  1. Timeframe: Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. 
  2. Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 
  3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 
    • Items purchased on sale, promotions, or clearance. 
    • Customized or made-to-order items. 
    • Accessories or intimate wear for hygiene reasons. 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange 

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact Us: Email us at naziahafeez@gmail.com or message us on our official social media channels with your order number and details of the issue. 
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. 
  3. Shipping: You will need to ship the item back to our address at your own cost. For exchanges, we will reship the new item once we receive the returned product. 

Refunds 

  1. Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged items. 
  2. Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. 
  3. Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). 

 Exchanges 

  1. Product Replacement: If you wish to exchange an item, you may choose another product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid. 
  2. Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item. 

 Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. 

Important Notes 

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise. 
  • All returned items will be inspected. If the item does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return.
